Sleight of hand
for your phone
Everything an audience sees looks like an ordinary phone doing ordinary things. Everything you do to control it is invisible.
What it does
AC Matrix plays a sequence of your own screenshots and clips full-screen, with no interface around them. Because the media is yours, the effect can be anything a phone screen can show — a home screen where the icons gather into one corner, a photo that changes when you turn the phone around, a lock screen that shouldn't exist yet.
Built for performing
Every slide, its own beat
Cut instantly or cross-dissolve over a length you choose. Hold a slide for a set delay, or let it advance itself so a beat lands on time and not a moment late.
Trigger it however you like
A tap anywhere, a shake of the phone, or a hand gesture seen by the camera. Mix them inside one routine — tap, tap, shake, pinch — so no single tell ever repeats.
AI cleanup, on device
Box out a clock, a notification banner, a status bar — anything that gives the game away. An inpainting model rebuilds the area from its surroundings, on your phone, and keeps the cleaned copy alongside the original.
No visible way out
A performance hides every usual way back: no quit button, no title bar, and the screen never dims. A two-finger swipe down leaves at any moment.
Requirements
iPhone running iOS 17 or later. Camera gesture triggers need a physical device.
