Common questions

I'm stuck in a performance. How do I get out?: Swipe down with two fingers, anywhere on the screen. A performance deliberately has no visible quit button — that is the point of it — so this gesture is the way back. Swiping right steps back one slide.
How do I start?: Tap + on the main screen. The effect opens straight away; you can rename it later. Add screenshots or clips, then tap Perform.
How do I rename or delete an effect?: Swipe left on it in the list. The first swipe reveals Rename and Delete — a swipe on its own never deletes anything.
My camera gesture trigger isn't firing.: Camera gestures need a real device and camera permission. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. Good light helps, and holding your hand a little further from the lens usually makes detection more reliable.
AI Cleanup says the model isn't installed.: That shouldn't happen in an App Store build. If you see it, please email — it means the model didn't ship correctly and is worth fixing quickly.
Does AC Matrix send my photos anywhere?: No. The app has no networking code at all. Everything — including AI cleanup — happens on your device. See the privacy policy.
Can I get a refund?: Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reporting a bug

The most useful report says what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific effect, telling me how many slides it had and which triggers they used usually narrows it down straight away.
